The hotel met the demands, I would book here again. I was happy with property's marvellous location super close to the centre. The staff from start to finish were good.

The breakfast here was delicious and included fresh fruit with a beautiful view.

The room at The Symbol of Ella was beautiful, new, and very comfortable. It was also meticulously clean with great attention to detail. We loved the nice views into the gardens and over the hill. The bed was large enough for both of us, which was perfect for couples. Indika, the host, went out of his way to take care of us and was always available to help. The personal service provided by him was exceptional. Additionally, the vegetarian dinner we had was good and well presented. this was the nicest room we had during our entire trip in Sri Lanka.

I had the most amazing experience at Symbol Of Ella Bed & Breakfast! From the moment I arrived, the owner and his family made me feel like a member of their own family. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and mountains from my private terrace. The room itself was like something out of a magazine, beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The breakfasts were the best I've had in Sri Lanka so far, and the owners went above and beyond to make my stay special, including arranging transportation and providing helpful tips. There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Symbol Of Ella Bed & Breakfast.

The receptionist gave me so many tips I lost count, the terrace and balcony were great spots for people-watching.

Oh, and the towels, let's just say they had seen better days. not the best for patting myself dry, but hey, who needs dry skin anyways?
